HAZELNUT COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. sugar
1/2 lb. flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. hazel nuts, chopped
4 egg yolks

Cream butter and sugar and beat well. Add egg yolks, vanilla, hazel nuts, salt, flour. Leave in refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out and cut out. Bake 12 minutes at 325 degrees.
