DUMP CAKE | |
1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry or apple) 1 stick butter 1 c. milk 3/4 c. coconut 1/2 c. pecans, optional Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Into oblong (9 x 13 inch) glass pan, spread canned pineapple. Spread canned pie mix over this. Dump yellow cake mix (dry) over top. Sprinkle with coconut (and pecans if desired). Pour melted butter and milk over top. Bake 45-60 minutes until cake is done. Serve warm or cool. Delicious with ice cream. |
