BROCCOLI STRATA 
8 slices firm white or wheat bread
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked, drained, and pressed dry
4 eggs
2 c. milk
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper

Place 4 slices of bread in a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle half the cheese and broccoli. Repeat layers. Whisk eggs, milk, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Pour over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate at least 3 hours (or overnight for extra puffiness). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown. Makes 6-8 servings.
