2 c. sugar 1 c. hot water 4 c. apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice Combine sugar and water in kettle. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Stir in apple and simmer until apples are transparent. Stir in apple pie spice. |
