1 part Lecithin granules
1 part coconut flakes
1 part wheat germ
3 parts uncooked quick oats
1 part dry milk powder
1 part raw sugar
1 part unroasted almonds
1 part sesame seeds
1 part unroasted pecans
1 part unroasted cashews
1-2 parts raisins

(Chop the nuts.)

Combine and enjoy.
