POPEYE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Kielbasa sausage
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. cut up potatoes, hash browns style
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen french style green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 (4 oz.) Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 (4 oz.) Mozzarella
1 (4 oz.) Sharp Cheddar

Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Brown in a frying pan. In a greased 3 quart baking dish place 1/2 of the spinach. In separate bowl combine potatoes, onion, beans, corn, soup, shredded jack cheese, thyme and sausage. Spoon over spinach then top with remaining spinach, shredded Mozzarella. and shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake covered 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover for last 10 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Freezes well. This can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
