POP-OVER PIZZA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown beef and onion; drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with sliced cheese. Place in oven to keep hot. Beat eggs and milk and oil in small bowl with mixer until foamy. Beat in flour and salt till batter is smooth. Pour batter over hot meat, spread evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes till puffed and golden brown.
