PLUM BREAD 
2 c. of flour
1 1/2 c. of sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 jar of baby food strained plums or equiv. of fresh plums put in blender.

1 c. of salad oil 3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped or diced walnuts

Grease two loaf pans first of all. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil then the beaten eggs. Blend well. Stir in plums and beat on medium speed about 2 minutes.

Stir in the nuts and pour into the two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
