CHICKEN RICE HOT DISH 
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 chicken, cooked & cut up
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
4 beaten eggs
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sage
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add in all other ingredients except soup and put into 9 x 13 pan. Spoon soup over top. May add pimento. Bake 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
