FRIED RICE AND CHICKEN 
2 c. raw boneless chicken
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. tomato puree
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
5 c. cooked rice

Use a large skillet. Heat the cooking oil with the garlic. Brown the chicken in it. Add the rest of the seasonings, onions and the eggs. Cook and stir about 5 minutes. Add the rice and more cooking oil, if necessary. Keep stirring the mixture gently until it is thoroughly blended. Add the tomato. Stir
