STIR - FRIED RICE AND CHICKEN 
1 c. rice (cooked)
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in small strips
2-3 chopped carrots
1 can bean sprouts
1 sm. can of chestnuts (chopped)
6-8 chopped mushrooms
1 c. broccoli
Soy sauce

Cook in a wok.
