CHICKEN FRIED RICE 
3 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 stick butter
1 med. white onion, cut fine
3 green onions
1 carrot, cut real fine
1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Saute chicken in butter until white. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon. Add vegetable and saute until almost done. Add rice, and chicken to skillet. Add soy sauce to taste and cook about 5 minutes.

Can use ham, pork, beef and seafood. Good if you scramble two eggs and put on top.
