2 tbsp. liquid smoke (near Worcestershire sauce in store)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt or powder
2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. pepper
1 c. barbecue sauce

Place meat in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Cover both sides with smoke, garlic and onion salt, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cover with foil.

Bake at 300°F for 5 hours. During the last hour, uncover and pour barbecue sauce over meat. Baste occasionally. For a party, do ahead. Let meat cool, slice and reheat the next day.
