CORN PUDDING 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten (optional)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix

Mix all the above in order given and put in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
