EASY CORN PUDDING 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
16 oz. can whole corn with juice
16 oz. can cream corn
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Pour into a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
