MACKAY HALL LASAGNE 
1/4 lb. pork sausage
3/4 lb. ground chuck
2/3 c. chopped onion
2 3/4 c. canned tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. each marjoram, thyme, basil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. lasagne noodles
1 c. (4 oz.) American cheese, shredded
1 c. Mozzarella
3/4 c. cottage cheese
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan

Saute meat. Pour off grease. Add tomato, onion, etc. Simmer 30 minutes. Combine shredded cheese and cottage cheese. Mix lightly and distribute uniformly. Place a layer of sauce. Layer 1/2 noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese, etc. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
