CREAMED GREEN CHILI ENCHILADAS 
1 tbsp. fat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 pkg. frozen green chili, peeled/roasted
Corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup

Fry onions in fat. Add green chili and tomato sauce. Add soup, stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes. Season with salt and garlic salt.

Fry tortillas. Put tortillas and a layer of cheese and a layer of chili mix in a casserole dish. Alternate layers; keep warm until ready to serve.
