ROLLED STEAK 
1 lb. round steak

Pound steak well with salt and pepper to taste.

DRESSING:

4 c. dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
1 c. hot water with 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in it

Spread dressing on steak, roll up and tie with string. Put in pan, add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can tomato soup. Bake in medium oven about 2 hours. Slice like jelly roll to serve.
