ROULADEN STEAK ROLL 
1 lg. round steak, 1/2 inch thick
Uncooked bacon slices
4 green onion tops, diced
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom bits
Salt and pepper

Remove bone from steak. Rub salt and pepper into steak. Cover entire steak with bacon, cut some to fit. Cover steak with onion tops and mushrooms. Roll up lengthwise and tie with string. Brown all sides in electric fry pan. Reduce heat to 250-275 degrees. Add a little water. Steam about 3 hours. Add water as needed. Serves 4.
