2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. canned milk

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in saucepan. Cook over medium heat. Let it come to a boil for 3 minutes. Take off and stir until cool. Pour out onto buttered dish.
