German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel fudge
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
2 frozen Heath bars

Bake cake mix according to directions. Let it cool, then poke holes to the bottom of cake, using the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour 1 can sweetened condensed milk into holes.

Next pour 1 jar of the fudge into the holes. The fudge should be softened in the microwave. Frost the cake with the Cool Whip. Break the frozen Heath bars with a hammer and sprinkle the chips on top the Cool Whip.
