CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing or similar dressing mix
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1/2 onion, chopped
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Mix first 3 ingredients. Put 3/4 of this mixture into casserole. Mix rest of ingredients (except soup) together. Put on top of stuffing mixture. Pour cream of chicken soup on top. Cover with remaining stuffing. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can be frozen and then bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
