PECAN PIE 
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 c. broken pecans
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie pastry pan

Mix in a 1 1/2 quart bowl: flour, sugar and salt. Add and mix well corn syrup. Beat in with fork eggs one at a time. Mix in milk, pecans and vanilla. Pour into 9 inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry. Bake near center of 375 degree oven (high moderate) about 50 minutes or until firm. Cool before serving.
