HAROLD'S HOT AS YOU CAN HANDLE
CHILI
 
2 to 4 lb. ground beef
1 can chili hot beans (11 oz.)
2 (10 oz.) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
habanero peppers, chopped or sauce (1 oz. - 1/4 c. to taste)
2 c. water
2 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Williams chili seasoning

Brown ground beef then pour off grease. Add beans and stir until well mixed. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and stir. Add 2 cans chopped green chilies and stir. Add 2 cups of water and 2 packages of chili seasoning then stir until well mixed. Bring to a boil then let simmer on low heat for approximately 2 hours. Add habanero peppers to taste (Habanero peppers are extremely hot) before simmering. Cover while simmering.
