GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (browned)
Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 sm. can tomato paste and 1/4 c. water
1 sm. pkg. egg noodles (cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. container sour cream

Put noodles in bottom of baking dish. Mix browned ground beef with tomato paste and water. Spread over noodles. Mix all other ingredients except Cheddar cheese and spread over meat layer. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
