CHICKEN CROQUETTES 
1 3/4 c. ground cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Few drops onion juice
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 c. thick white sauce
Fine crumbs
1 egg, beaten

Add chicken, celery salt, lemon juice, onion juice, parsley, salt and pepper to white sauce. Cool. Shape, dip into crumbs, then into egg and again into crumbs. Fry in hot deep 375 degree fat for 2 to 5 minutes. Serves 4.
