STUFFED STEAK 
6 strips round steak, cut thin (about 5x7 inch piece)

STUFFING:

4 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 c. fresh basil or 1/4 c. dried or fresh parsley
1 c. Romano cheese
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix bacon, basil, cheese and onion together. Spread over steak; salt and pepper. Roll up, fasten with toothpicks. Brown in olive oil. Add can of tomato sauce. Cook 2 hours on low heat, turning occasionally. Serve with brown rice bake or potatoes. Remove toothpicks before serving.
