STEAK ROLL UPS | |
1 1/2 lbs. thin sliced round steak (1/4 inch) 1 1/2 c. prepared preseasoned stuffing 2 tbsp. shortening 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water Cut steak into 6 pieces. Pound with meat hammer place 1/2 cup stuffing near center of each piece of meat. Roll up; tuck in ends and fasten with skewers or toothpicks. In skillet brown rollups in shortening. Pour off fat. Add soup and water cover, cook over low heat 1 1/4 hours or until tender. |
