COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD | |
24 oz. cream cottage cheese 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 1 lg. pkg. Jello, any flavor 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail Use electric beater. Fold Cool Whip and Jello into cream cottage cheese. Drain pineapple and fruit cocktail. Mix all together. If using Cool Whip 2 (8 ounce) size, save 4 ounces to put on top of salad. Sprinkle with nuts. |
