RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Pie shell
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter
3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces

Sift flour, salt, and sugar together. Add eggs, beat thoroughly. Add rhubarb. Line pie plate with pastry, pour in the filling. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Brush crust with milk. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake until filling is bubbly or done.
