LEMON ROSEMARY CHICKEN 
8 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 lemon, cut in thin slices
3/4 tsp. rosemary
3 garlic cloves, sliced

Combine the above marinade ingredients and pour into a shallow pan.

Marinate chicken pieces for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Bake the chicken skin side down on a broiler pan over 1 cup of water. Bake for 25 minutes, basting often with marinade. Turn skin side up and bake 35 minutes, basting often. Finish with broiling to brown.
