CHEESE DANISH | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. Realemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg and 1 egg yolk (save white) Place 1 package roll (in sheet) on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cheese (softened at room temperature), lemon juice, vanilla, sugar, and egg. Pour over batter. Cover with 2nd package of crescent rolls; pinch together. Brush lightly with whipped egg white. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, about 25 minutes. When cool, cut into squares. |
