TURKEY DISH 
2 pkg. bean sprouts (rinsed)
1 lb. ground turkey
4-5 stalks celery
2-3 lg. onions
1/4 c. Molasses
4 tbsp. Soy sauce
4-6 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook turkey, celery and onions in water. When turkey is done, add Molasses and Soy sauce. Add bean sprouts and cook until sprouts shrink down. Mix cornstarch with enough water to dissolve. Stir until thick.
