FRIED PORK CHOPS 
5-6 nice size pork chops
lemon pepper
flour to dust chops
1 egg
milk
oil

Wash chops well and pat dry. Make egg batter with milk. Sprinkle chops with lemon pepper. Dip chops into egg batter, then roll into flour and place into deep skillet in heated oil. Turn chop when it is brown.

Note: Let oil get hot slowly on medium heat. Very tasty!
