SKILLET STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 med. bell pepper
2 cooked potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
14 tsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. catsup

Coat meat with flour and brown well in oil. Put to one side. Add onion and cook until tender. Replace meat. Add water from cooked potatoes, catsup, peppers, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Separate frozen beans and add with potatoes to skillet mixture. Cover and simmer until beans are tender (about 10-15 minutes). Serves 4.
