1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 beaten egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
1 c. chopped apple
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. juice or milk (I use milk)

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp. cream
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix well and drop on cookie sheet and bake at 360 degrees about 10 minutes. Cream glaze together and put on cookies while they are still hot.
