1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2-1 tsp. caramel extract (Watkins has it)
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts (opt.)

Mix cream cheese until creamy. Add sugars, extracts and nuts; mix well. Slice apples and dip. Eat. Delicious. (Granny Smith apples are good with this.)
