REUBEN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 (16 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing

Place chicken in bottom of casserole. Spread sauerkraut on top of chicken. Put Swiss cheese over sauerkraut, then pour Thousand Island on top. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Great!
