1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Brown and drain sausage. Cover greased 9"x13" pan with hash browns. Layer on sausage covering potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix well the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Remove and let stand 10 minutes. Cut in squares and serve. Serves 6.
