SANDCASTLE TURKEY SALAD 
2 turkey legs, boiled, skinned and chopped
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 tiny onion, finely chopped
1 sm. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard (optional)
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/4 c. sweet pickle cubes
2 boiled eggs, chopped

Mix together thoroughly. Let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
