EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
3 s. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
1/4 tsp. thyme

Place contents of vegetable seasoning packet (from stuffing mix) and butter in bowl. Add hot water; stir. Add stuffing; stir gently to mix. Mix soup and milk in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake (350 degrees for 45 minutes) until hot and bubbly. Serves 4.
