APPLE CRUNCH 
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

4 to 6 apples peeled and sliced (depending on size of apples).

Start heating oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add butter, mix well. In 9 inch pie plate, arrange apples, sprinkle oat mixture over all.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until apples are tender. If it starts to brown too fast, cover with foil. If using peaches use 1 pound or 1 (13 ounce) can cling peach halves or slices, drained.
