LASAGNA 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 (24 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. (4 c.) grated Mozzarella cheese

In a large skillet, brown ground beef; add spaghetti sauce and heat. In a small bowl combine cottage cheese and eggs. Spoon 1/3 of the meat sauce into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish. Cover with a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles. Spoon on 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture and cover with 1/3 of the meat sauce and 2 cups Mozzarella cheese. Repeat with noodles, remaining cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

You may have a few extra noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Check to see if noodles are fork tender.

You may substitute anything for the 32 ounces spaghetti sauce if you prefer a less juicy lasagna.
