1ST LAYER:

1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix and press in a long baking pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. 4x confectioners' sugar
1 c. whipped topping

Combine all together, making sure it is smooth as possible. Spread on top of first layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat until thick, then put on 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread whipped topping on top of 3rd layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if desired. Put in refrigerator to firm.
