CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
2 tsp. oil
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
8 cut scallions
1 lg. head cabbage, diced
2 (3 oz.) Ramen noodles
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
6 tsp. rice vinegar

Brown almonds and sesame seeds in oil. Soak broken Ramen noodles in oil, vinegar and sugar mixture. Cut cabbage and mix with cut scallions. Serves 12-15.
