LOW-CAL BUTTERMILK DRESSING 
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 green pepper

Put all ingredients except green pepper in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Add green pepper; blend just until pepper is chopped. Serve on vegetable salads. Yields 1 cup.
