MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Mix all together and make balls; brown meatballs. Simmer in sauce 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. wine vinegar
1 c. water

Simmer until sugar dissolves, add balls.
