SKILLET MEATBALL SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. white wine (Kosher)
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
8 sm. whole potatoes
8 carrots, cut into 1/4" slices
6 sm. whole white onions
2 med. zucchini
1 3/4 tbsp. selected seasoning
1/4 c. green onion, chopped

Combine bread crumbs, wine, beef, green onions, 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning. Mix together until well blended. Shape 10 meatballs. In 1 tablespoon of cooking oil brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from pan, reserving pan juice. Cook potatoes, carrots and onions and small amount of zucchini in pan juice. Replace meatballs. Add 1/2 cup of wine and vegetables from pot. Sprinkle 3/4 tablespoon of seasoning over all and simmer lightly for 15 minutes.
