CRABMEAT SPREAD 
1 c. finely flakes crabmeat
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. fresh, frozen or canned lemon juice

Combine crabmeat with parsley, onion, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice. To serve, arrange in bowl on tray and serve with crackers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
