SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft or melted butter
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour into buttered baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in casserole.
